What are other Law Clinics up to?

On the 17th November 2023, The David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law focused on Reflections on Climate Justice and Law. This included eleven first year students who researched various legal doctrines, legislation, and case law related to how environmental rights are conceived in Canada, how they can be used/acted upon, and how they might be improved.
